Poster sessions will be 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, with additional poster and social time 7:30-8:30 PM on Saturday. Posters can be put up starting Friday morning, and must be removed by Sunday morning. All posters should be up by 6:00 PM on Friday. Half of the posters will be presented on Friday, half on Saturday; presenters will be notified of which day their poster will be presented at checkin.
Posters should be no more than 45” wide and no more than 42” high.
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes including Q&A, with a few exceptions that will be communicated directly to the speakers to which those exceptions will apply.
All projections screens use an aspect ratio of 4:3.
